The Loop on Nov 4th 2008 New projects, Technology
This October we were delighted to have worked with DP World – a new client, and one of the largest marine terminal operators. They asked us to help improve the usability of their Connexions intranet site, in order to increase the number of employees using it on a regular basis. We redesigned the site, making it more user-friendly with smarter functionality and use of space. The site went live within a matter of weeks and we look forward to the feedback. Did you know? DP World employ over 30,000 people across 29 countries and are heavily involved in the London Gateway project, which will be the UK ‘s first deep sea container port.
The Loop on Jun 10th 2008 Events, Global, Technology
This year our client, a global engineering company, decided to conduct their president’s roadshow via Web-Ex and we were on hand to help. This web-based application allows users across the world to dial in simultaneously to listen to the event live, as well as view the PowerPoint presentation. The Loop provided consultancy for the messaging of this event, produced a roadshow video for their intranet and collected, collated and analysed the feedback. The event reached over 2000 employees from across the globe, and feedback was very positive. Overall it was a big success, and we are looking forward to 2009.
