We’ve just completed a global Internal Communications Healthcheck for oil giant Shell. Shell wanted to standardise its IC processes, tools and working practices to help meet its strategic objectives. Our first step was to send an online survey to over 300 IC specialists across the world. We then conducted targeted telephone interviews, before analysing the data and preparing their report. Our Healthcheck provided Shell with an assessment of their current capabilities across the entire group. This captures the impact of the good work that has been done to date and helps to inform and focus future capability development.
