The Loop helped make a global power systems company’s first ever ‘Day for Quality’ workshop a great success. The workshop brought Quality Managers from around the company together to share best practice and learn from each other and from external Quality specialists. The Loop moderated the event and designed and delivered the lively breakout sessions, which generated plenty of ideas. We were also responsible for developing creative concepts for the event branding.

Our Business and HR Manager, Jen Gill, has discovered a new surprising hobby. She is a founding member, and treasurer, of a new ‘urban’ Women’s Institute group in central Bristol. In these thrifty times the domestic arts of sewing, baking and jam making are making a massive a comeback and Jen assures us that the WI is now extremely cool! Jen says ‘It’s a fantastic way to get involved in the local community. We had an amazing response to our first group meeting in November with over 40 women interested in joining.’

We would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of the people who completed our 2008 annual opinion survey. The survey is invaluable in helping us improve our business and services, and ultimately to help us to help you. We are delighted that the feedback was extremely positive overall, with 75% of our clients stating they are ‘very satisfied’ with our service and 75% saying they are ‘very likely’ to recommend us to their colleagues. But we were equally pleased to have received some constructive comments on how we can improve and some insight into the Internal Communication challenges that lie ahead for many of you. This feedback will help us shape our business and improve our service in the future. Watch this space!
